Wilson Edwards was established by Jim Wilson and Paul Edwards with the aim to provide customer focussed development risk advice that is accurate, practical and timely.

We believe that by specialising in monitoring surveying alone we offer unrivalled experience to banks, investors and funds together with a flexibility that cannot be matched by larger organisations.

We pride ourselves on establishing long term relationships with lenders, some of which go back over 20 years!

Jim has over 25 years’ experience as an independent monitoring surveyor. Jim sat on the Operation’s Board at Watts Group for 5 years prior to leaving to start Wilson Edwards.

Paul trained as a monitoring surveyor in 2002 whilst studying for a professional qualification at Gardiner & Theobald. Paul has continued to provide construction advice as both a consultant and a developer for over 20 years and has amassed unrivalled experience in the role.
